Q: Why do I need a cleanser?

A: A great face cleanser is the foundation of any man’s grooming arsenal especially if you moisturise on a regular basis - you’ll need to keep it clean and nourished.  A good one will help to gently exfoliate your skin and remove any excess dirt and oil, all without drying out your face in any major way.  

Q: How often should I use one? 

A: We recommend a twice a day cleanse for all men- preferably at night and in the A.M. Our FACE FUEL ULTRA CLEANSER is a mild, moringa seed-derived cleanser enhanced with purifying and hydrating botanicals to cleanse gently without being too harsh. Formulated with key ingredients of bergamot, coconut and tea tree- it’s a well-judged blend to leave you feeling refreshed each morning.

Q: Is it suitable for those with acne?

A: Absolutely- those with oily and breakout prone skin should use the cleanser twice a day, 5 days a week, switching it out for our GLYCOLIC FACE CLEANSER twice a week to keep breakouts at bay Just wash with warm water.

Q: Can I use different products with your line? 

A: For best results, we recommend combining products within the range as they have been clinically harmonised however you can incorporate other (non-Auden) products into your regime.

Q: Why do I need a facial scrub?

A: Integrating an exfoliator or scrub into your skincare regime will not only remove dead skin cells, but it will also free ingrown hairs and smooth razor bumps. Our SKIN SCULPT FACE SCRUB with AHA, BHA and Algae active ingredients, helps purify the skin, battle environmental pollutants and visibly improve overall clarity.  We advocate using at least twice a week.

Q: Can I shave with the Face Fuel Ultra Cleanser?   

A: Invigoration is the order of our FACE FUEL ULTRA CLEANSER, formulated with Moringa Seed and Vitamin E. It’s made to pep up tired-looking skin and it'll also work to get it prepped for a silky-smooth shave as it softens the facial hair to help facilitate the glide, reducing ingrown hairs and skin irritation.

Q: Which direction should I shave?

A: Always shave in the direction of hair growth.

Q: What kind of razor should I use? 

A: A single blade razor is best.

Q: How do I prevent ingrown hairs?

A: One way to prevent ingrown hairs is to exfoliate between shaves. 

Q: What is the best technique to shaving?

  1. Use a warm towel to open up the hair follicles.
  2. Use a gentle wash to soften the hair follicles.
  3. Apply pre-shave.
  4. Shave in the direction of hair growth with a single blade. 

Q: Should I use an eye cream? 

A: Top- shelf eye creams can help in the short and the long run. Our ANTI FATIGUE EYE GEL can offer a quick fix for a restless night and improve the signs of aging and sun damage.  Apply it in the morning after you shower and cleanse, but before you moisturize. Or, apply it before bed, also after cleansing.

Q: Do I need a serum or moisturiser? 

A: Yes, using our terrific and thoroughly researched HYALURONIC ACID SERUM as a day hydrator helps restore firmness and PH balance to your skin. Formulated with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid, use it as a long-term defence against aging, or a daily shield against dehydration and environmental stress.

Q: Do I need an SPF?

 A: Sun protection is crucial and a moisturiser that contains SPF is an easy way to make it a daily habit.  Our AGE DEFENCE FACE CREAM offers a zinc oxide mineral shield with plant derived extracts. It serves as your first line of defence against the harsh outside world, protecting against UVA / UVB rays. Formulated with easy-to-use, clinically approved cabinet staples including hyaluronic acid, and Vitamin C with no added fuss- your skin is kept hydrated and protected without any oily, sticky residue.

Q: What other grooming products work best with a moisturiser?

A: To each man his own, but we’d recommend pairing your moisturiser with a good men's face cleanser at the very least- Think FACE FUEL ULTRA CLEANSER. Then mix an  exfoliator into the process that’ll diminish dirt and get shot of dead skin cells (SKIN SCULPT FACE SCRUB)  and an eye serum to target more delicate skin in this area.(ANTI FATIGUE EYE GEL). And don’t forget your skin deserves a weekly intensive refresh-, try slapping on our ULTRA ANTE FACE MASK with Green Clay & Irish Moss.

Q: I have rosacea can I use your products? 

A: If you have rosacea, a skin condition that can cause redness, flushing, bumps, irritation, and enlarged capillary sunscreen and gentle products are a must. Our products are, Paraben Free, Non Comedogenic and should be effective even on sensitive skins. As with all products however we recommend discontinuation should skin concerns arise

Q: Do any of your products have sunscreen? 

A: Our AGE DEFENCE FACE MOISTURISER is a lightweight SPF 30 cream and provides broad-spectrum defence from both UVA and UVB radiation. It's terrific for people of all skin types, and it’s not-so-secret ingredient is organic rhatany root extract, which protects, soothes and nourishes skin on contact.

Q: Will your line of products help shrink my pores? 

A: If you commit to using Auden skincare for Men daily, we have seen amazing result to reducing enlarged pores. 

Q: How often should a man get facials?

A:  Facials are great for giving skin a proper service and we recommend a weekly self-care from your sofa with our ULTRA ANTE FACE MASK . It's a green clay and marine algae mask with skin brightening,m AHA's, which owns the floor when it comes to easily nixing those unexpected breakouts, dry patches, or chronic dullness.

Q: Do you have products specially formulated for skin balance? (to restore a not too dry/ not too oily look)

A: If your skin tends to go glossy, then a hydrating mist could well be the missing piece in the puzzle for flawless skin. Our SKIN ENERGY HYDRATING FACE MIST neutralizes excessive oil production, adding hydration back in the mix instead of oil. Q: Do I need an overnight moisturiser?

A: Our SUPER TROOP NIGHT SERUM is an overnight miracle worker in that it restores hydration levels and healthy skin tone to dry, damaged, dull, and fatigued skin. It's packed with nourishing vitamins and wears like silk pyjamas as you snooze. 

Q: What kind of ingredients do you use in your products?

A: Our products are made from natural plant extracts chosen for their specific purpose. We don't use petrochemicals or questionable ingredients that may cause you irritation or worse.

Q: What are your views on animal testing?

A: We are categorically against animal testing and always will be. We are a vegan, animal loving brand and we use no animal bi products or derivatives!

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

A: Q: Our grooming products are made from natural plant extracts and we never use petrochemicals or ingredients that may compromise your health or well-being. As such they are suitable for all skin types including sensitive. If you have a particular ingredient allergy, please check our glossary.

Q: Where are Auden Skincare products made?

A: Our products are manufactured in the UK.

Q: What is the shelf life Auden Skincare products?

Q: Do your products contain gluten?

A: A lot of our products contain Vitamin E which can come from wheat or soy sources and so unfortunately may contain gluten. Further to this, we also use oat powder and wheat germ oil in some of our products

Q: Are your products suitable for vegans?

A: Our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians containing no animal derivatives and are cruelty free.

Q: Can I use your products if I have a nut allergy?

A: The refined nut oils used in finished cosmetic products are unlikely to cause severe allergic reactions, but it is not possible to give 100% guarantees where allergies are concerned. If you have any allergy concerns please discuss with your doctor ahead of trying new products.

Q: Is Auden Skincare's packaging recyclable?

A: We care about the environment and think carefully about how we can contribute to minimising our direct environmental impacts. We seek to balance our own hopes with that of the needs of future generations. By sourcing responsibly- from established and responsible manufactures and reducing waste via recyclable, glass packaging plus recycled delivery boxes and wrapping, we believe we can do our bit to build a more sustainable business. We recognise it’s a journey and will continue to look at ways we can improve.

Q: Do you send out samples?

A: We don't supply samples, but our introduction sizes are an excellent way to try many products within our range.

Q: How do I change my billing address?

A: Changing your billing address is quick and easy online. Once you are logged into your account, go to ‘My account’ and then ‘My address book’. From this page you can delete and add new addresses and set defaults for both billing and delivery.

If you have multiple addresses in your address book, you can select which is used during the checkout process.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. We despatch all our orders via our trusted Courier partner. Regardless of whether you choose to have your order delivered via standard, priority, special or recorded signed for service, you will be able to track your parcel's progress.

When you receive your despatch confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.

Q: Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

A: You can send orders to more than one address by placing a separate order per delivery address.

Q: I have placed my order and would like to change it after the order has already been completed. How can I do this?

A: Unfortunately, retrospective changes are not possible once an order has been made as the order is sent directly to our warehouse for speedy processing and transportation to you.  Any additional products to be added will need t to be done via a separate order.

Q: My discount code has not been accepted.

A: Our terms state only one discount code can be used per order - loyalty codes and promotional codes cannot be used together. Check that the promotion date is still valid as these are operational only for limited and specified periods. If problems are still experienced however please do contact us by email and we will be able to investigate the issue.

Q: Can I use more than one offer/ discount code at a time?

A: Only one offer is valid at a time. Discount codes are not valid on already discounted items, or gift sets as these already offer customer savings.

Q: I have forgotten my account password/email, what should I do?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Simply enter the email address you registered with and you will receive an email with a new password.

Q: I placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

A: Please check your junk/spam folder. If there is no confirmation email, please check the account you have used to pay to see whether payment has been taken. If you have been charged please contact us and we will investigate. If you have not been charged, the transaction has not been processed and you will need to re-order your items.

Q:  I made an order but I would like to cancel it, how can I do this?

A:  Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel as orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for speedy processing and transportation to you. Unfortunately, if your products have been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Q: I have entered the wrong delivery address for my order, what should I do?

A:  Please contact us as soon as possible as orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for speedy processing and transportation to you. We will do our best to change the delivery address however if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: We deliver our products worldwide, with a handful of exceptions. Please consult {Returns & Shipping} for full list of destinations. Shipping costs are dependent on location.

Q: What do I do if my goods are damaged?

A: We want all of our orders to reach their destinations in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs as soon as possible – including details of any leaks, breakages or signs that the outer parcel has been tampered with. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Q: Can I refund and exchange my goods?

A: We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied, they have been unopened, unused and returned in their damage/ dent free original packaging. Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

Q: What does my recipient receive?                           

 A: On your specified delivery date, your recipient will receive an email containing your gift message and a link to download this eGift card. They will need to correctly confirm their email address to download it. Once, they have confirmed their email address, they will be presented with the eGift code online and they will also be sent another email with PDF of the gift attached which they can print off.

Q: Where and how can an eGift card be redeemed?


Validly activated eGift cards are redeemable in full . E-Gift cards purchased in the UK can only be redeemed at and exclude  third party partners .The e-Gift card contains a code and it can be redeemed online at Auden Skincare by inputting the code at the checkout.

Q: How long is an e-Gift card valid for?
A:  Auden Skincare  e-Gift Cards expire 24 months from date of purchase.

Q: What are the other terms and conditions of use related to the E -Gift card?

A: This card is issued by Auden Skincare and is redeemable for merchandise only at Thisc may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance or buy another gift card. 


Q:  What happens if my printed eGift card is stolen or copied?

A: Once you have downloaded your eGift card, it is your responsibility to safeguard it against theft and it should be treated like cash. If some one else redeems it in full, your copy will no longer have any value. If you suspect that someone may have copied or stolen your eGift card, please contact the Customer Services team immediately as any value that has not been redeemed can be blocked and a new eGift card can be issued to you.
